Thank you for shopping with Cyber Bounds Inc. We are an authorized reseller of leading software products, including Wondershare. Please review our refund and return policy before making your purchase.

1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

All software licenses and digital products sold by Cyber Bounds Inc. are non-refundable and non-returnable once the license key has been delivered or activated.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be approved under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product/license more than once.
Wrong Product Purchased: You bought the wrong version (e.g., Windows vs. Mac) and have not activated the license.
Technical Issues: The product has a verified technical problem that prevents installation or use, and our support team (or the software vendor’s support) cannot resolve it.
Misrepresentation: If the product received is not as described or was incorrectly listed.

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at contact@cyberbounds.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the request.
Refunds will be reviewed and processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

The license key has been activated or registered.
The product was purchased on sale or as part of a promotional bundle.
The refund request is based on change of mind or lack of understanding of the product’s features.
Technical issues are due to system incompatibility not meeting the minimum requirements disclosed before purchase.
