Why solo is deliberate
You work directly with the person doing the work.
There is no handoff between a salesperson, an account manager, and a technical queue. I learn how your business sends email, inspect the evidence, explain the issue, and stay responsible for the recommendations.
That direct approach keeps the work focused. It also makes it easier to give an honest answer when a problem belongs with your email provider, web developer, internal IT lead, or another specialist.
Cyber Bounds is based in Ontario and works remotely with businesses across Canada, the United States, and beyond. The Niagara Region is a meaningful local connection—not the limit of where I work.
